The Chocolate

Our chocolate is supplied by COCOMO a Cork company run by Enda Spillane. Enda taught us how to melt the chocolate to the right temperature and how to temper it to achieve a smooth, shinny finish and a satisfying snap when you bite into the chocolate!
Cocoa Mundi
We chose to do chocolate as our mini company product as everyone loves chocolate and we had been approached by Enda Spillane from COCOMO, who offered to supply us with chocolate and mentor us. We came up with our company name by replacing the "Regina" in our school's name "Regina Mundi" with "Cocoa."
